Fantastic! I contacted them because of their good reviews and they did not disappoint. My floor looked really bad. I have three small children and despite our efforts, we just can't keep up with the spills. Benocular got it sparkling. I don't even think it looked like this when we moved in! I also had them do the master bedroom. We have beautiful but poorly-chosen cream colored carpet. I cannot believe they got all the stains out. I had only intended to do two rooms, but after I saw what they did I booked the rest of the house. Highly recommend!!

Ben came out and gave me an estimate to clean my travertine. He was honest ad didn't try to get me to buy any unnecessary services, I got a quote from another company and they were triple the price and tried to get me to buy all kinds of services.On the day of my cleaning Ben and his partner showed up soured 8:45 and didn't leave until almost 5:00 not even stopping for lunch. They did an excellent job AND Ben even wiped down my baseboards, which he didn't have to do and didn't charge me. They were very professional and did a wonderful job! I've always wanted to have carpet and tile/grout cleaning for my home when I had my first child, but never got around to it. Now having my second child 3 years later, I just knew it needed to be done especially since everyone in my household has been home since March due to covid. From the initial time I spoke with Ben I felt he was serious about customer service. I explained to Ben the main reason we picked him was because of reviews from previous customers not only were they ranting about their carpet cleaning but also about their shower cleaning ability. Must say one of the few things we didn't like about Peoria is the water is hardest I've ever seen, so we could definitely use those skills also.Ben & his partner stopped by prior to appointment to asses needs of job. Anyway, they showed up as agreed to, & got busy working on shower. When both shower & roughly 1900 sq ft of carpets where cleaned, they both looked amazing. Ben & his partner will be our go to guys for carpet care from here on & we will not hesitate to refer Benocilar Floor Cleaning to family & friends.

Last May we were getting new hard wood floors installed throughout our house but decided to keep the tile in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room but the grout lines were dark and no longer "acceptable". So we call Ben. His cousin (and partner) ended up coming out and made all of our grout lines look spectacularly clean and new again. While he was here we asked him to clean and seal our granite countertops as well. Again, he did an unbelievable job. Then we said,"Our shower in the Master Bathroom needs to be re-caulked, do you have time to do that?" He said, "Yes!" He took out the old caulking and went to Home Depot bought all the supplies and recaulked the inside and outside of the entire shower. He did an incredible job! So while we were still waiting for our hard wood floors to be installed (due to a manufacturer delay) we thought it would make sense to get our gigantic sectional sofa cleaned. Ben scheduled us just as soon as he could and did the most thorough, complete cleaning job I have even seen. HE was not satisfied after the first day of work on it (because he had other obligations from prior commitments he couldn't work a full day on it) so he came back and worked another six hours without charging any extra!!! We felt guilty - it looked "good enough" for OUR standards the day before. I have never received such incredible cleaning services from any company before. My husband and I highly recommend Benocular Floor Cleaning Services - they are trustworthy and can do it all!

Benny was not only very personable, but very professional, and his work is excellent.The before and after pictures on his website are not doctored. That is exactly what our carpets looked like too as he cleaned, a very distinct line between where he had cleaned and where he still needed to clean. We had rented out our home while we were on a mission, and the renters had not been very kind to our carpets. We thought we would have to re-carpet the whole house. At that time, I mentioned to him that I was moving into a house and would like the tiles cleaned. He quoted me at a reasonable price. He was able work fit me in on his busy schedule especially that he works by himself. He did an awesome job with my tiles. &&& It still looks great months later. He takes his time to ensure you are satisfied with his work before he leaves. He was even nice enough to clean a spot I had noticed on my carpet when he was at my home to clean the tiles. When I first moved into my unit the carpets were horrible, with large dark black stains in numerous places and an animal urine type smell. He since has recently treated my carpets for the stains and specially treated the areas with the animal urine. The smell has decreased significantly and the dark stains since have not re appeared. Just had our carpet professionally cleaned by the guys at Benocular a couple days ago. When I came home later that day I could not believe my eyes, as the carpet looked better than when we bought the house 5 years ago. I was literally stuned by how clean a carpet can look when it’s cleaned right. The price was a fraction of what I paid last year on products bought at Home Depot and Lowes to clean the carpet myself. I will definitely use this company to have the carpets cleaned in the future. And I’ll do it more often now since it really costs less than doing it myself!

Ben called me literally one minute after I sent my request on Yelp. I was off work for two days, and he somehow managed to squeeze me in the very next day. I have a pretty big house, and he and his partner did an amazing job on my tile. It's never looked this good! I wish I would've done this sooner. They also fixed up some broken/missing grout, and made my shower floor look new again. Plus, they re-caulked the whole shower and sealed everything so water would stop seeping behind the curb. I'm SO happy with the work, and all at a very reasonable price. These gents worked well past "quittin' time" to get the job done, and get it done right... down to the last detail. He even offered to test some areas that had pet urine smells to see if cleaning them would adequately remove the smell which helped us decide if it was worth spending the money to clean them. It was a pleasure having Ben perform carpet cleaning as well as tile/grout cleaning on my newly listed house. I was a little skeptical as my previous tenants in my rental had animals and it smelled like they had a farm in the house! Ben came over and walked me through with the blacklight and it was pretty bad! He gave me a quote for the carpet, pet deodorizer, and tile cleaning and it was lower than I expected. As we walked through, after the quote, he noticed a few long cracks in the grout and I had about 6 tiles that had breaks/cracks in them. He actually fixed those for free as he kept the original quote the same. I ended up stopping by as he was finishing up the work and I was VERY pleased with the quality of work! Will use again if needed and I highly recommend Ben for anyone looking for an honest cleaning.

When I first moved into my unit the carpets were horrible, with large dark black stains in numerous places and an animal urine type smell. He since has recently treated my carpets for the stains and specially treated the areas with the animal urine. The smell has decreased significantly and the dark stains since have not re appeared. I really do highly recommend Ben for your carpet and tile needs. (:

This was my first time using Ben and I wont use anyone else after this. He did the most thorough carpet cleaning that I have ever had done, and uses toxic free chemicals that left my house so clean smelling. He also cleaned the tile in a bathroom that I thought was stained permanently, but was able to make the grout look brand new. Ben called me literally one minute after I sent my request on Yelp. I was off work for two days, and he somehow managed to squeeze me in the very next day. I have a pretty big house, and he and his partner did an amazing job on my tile. It's never looked this good! I wish I would've done this sooner. They also fixed up some broken/missing grout, and made my shower floor look new again. Plus, they re-caulked the whole shower and sealed everything so water would stop seeping behind the curb. I'm SO happy with the work, and all at a very reasonable price. These gents worked well past "quittin' time" to get the job done, and get it done right... down to the last detail. This review is far overdue! I used them to clean my father's rental house in September 2017 after he passed away. They were wonderful from the moment I called, all the way through the end of the cleaning. The price was great and the cleaning made the carpets look brand new. It was a pleasure having Ben perform carpet cleaning as well as tile/grout cleaning on my newly listed house. I was a little skeptical as my previous tenants in my rental had animals and it smelled like they had a farm in the house! Ben came over and walked me through with the blacklight and it was pretty bad! He gave me a quote for the carpet, pet deodorizer, and tile cleaning and it was lower than I expected. As we walked through, after the quote, he noticed a few long cracks in the grout and I had about 6 tiles that had breaks/cracks in them. He actually fixed those for free as he kept the original quote the same. I ended up stopping by as he was finishing up the work and I was VERY pleased with the quality of work! Benjamin came out to a house that I had just purchased. The sand colored grout was coffee colored in many places with pet and kids stains. I had first hired him for the floors and they came out so amazingly that I had him come back for my rugs and sofa. He spent 8 hours cleaning all the cat fur out of my sofa, which is embarrassing. I had no idea how dirty everything was until he made it all look brand new. I can't recommend him highly enough, his perfectionism and work ethic cannot be matched.

Amazing company run by a great guy that cares about his customers and puts them first. Was in need for carpet work and with some many company's out there this was the perfect choice. Reliable and trustworthy did the job right and perfect the first time. Great company!

The grout all through my house was starting to look really bad, so we hired someone (else) to come and clean the floors. They came and "cleaned" the grout. The next day the grout still looked terrible, so we called and they came back and did the floors again. We saw a small change, but the grout was still dirty. I decided enough was enough and started looking for another company to actually clean the grout. I contacted Ben at Benocular Floors for a quote, and he got right back to me with a reasonable price. When he came to the house to do the job, we discussed the fact that we had tried to have the grout cleaned, and he could see the poor results. We discussed a few reasons as to why it hadn't come clean, and then he cleaned a test patch. We could see right away the difference! So he proceeded to clean the entire floor, which turned out pretty good. They still aren't perfect, but he told us the reason for that was more than likely due to some work that had been done to the grout before. Every thing he told us made sense, and we can't fault his work for the grout not being pristine.We were very pleased with the knowledge that Ben had, and the time he spent evaluating our particular situation. He moved all the furniture and placed it back where it belonged after the work was done. Both Ben and his brother were easy to have in our house. I don't know which one it was, but we could hear one of them whistling while they worked! I came across Benocular Floor Cleaning on Yelp. Had him come out and did our 4 bedroom house all carpet and all the tile sections in the house. He also did 4 suede kitchen chairs that were really dirty. They came out great. Saw his equipment and what a big difference it is to have the right tools. Ben and his team did a fantastic job, will only be using them fromnow on. Highly recommended.

I had my rooms last cleaned right when I first moved in a year and a half ago. They did not come out as good as they did today and I had more stains due to having a 1 year old daughter. Some people rush when doing cleaning jobs. I recently had my car detailed inside and they did not do a good a job as Ben would have done, as the car seats were not as clean as my house carpets were and the detailer rushed the job.

They do a great job. I've use them on a couple of my rental properties. Always quick to get out and get the floors cleaned. I should post the before and after photos but whatever machine that Benjamin uses it definitely has a way of sucking out every little bit of dirt. They're not cheap but I wouldn't call them expensive either they're just very fair priced for the service given.

Ben the owner just cleaned the carpet at my rental property this week and I must say he did an amazing job! My tenant just moved out and I thought I would have to replace the carpet as there were numerous stains , tenant had pets and the carpet is over 11 years old. Now the carpet looks like new! My husband and I just endured a move in the heat of June. Nothing much rattles my husband but I will say he was thrilled with how Ben cleaned our carpets. Stellar service and super nice to deal with! We were thinking of replacing our commercial carpet and decided instead to get it cleaned. I had some stains on on the roof of my truck. Someone opened a Coke can and it sprayed on my upholstery. Ben the owner used a steam clean to get out the stains and he did a perfect job. He even used an earth friendly cleaning solution since I constantly breathe inside my truck. I highly recommend these guys.

I heard about benocular from a friend and I'm glad I did! Ben came in and cleaned the carpets as well as all the travertine in our house. I am more than happy and will be using them again.

OMG Benocular Floor Cleaning Services is AMAZING!!! They definitely DO see the dirt and grime you wouldn't necessarily notice day-to-day. I called them up to deep clean and then reseal the tiles in my kitchen, living room, dining room, and a bedroom -- and wow! I can't stop praising these guys!!! They did a phenomenal job; the tiles look brand new! I can't believe that they were able to get the tiles looking so brand new! Amazing!!!
